ATTENTION:ORDER STATUS
I thank you for choosing me
for your dog bow purchases. The estimated times shown below will give you
an idea of the amount of time it takes to get your order processed, handmade
and shipped. I wish it could be faster, but I cannot rush through the orders,
and have them made properly.
Current ship times-shipping map below:
Bows only: 3-5 weeks
Rhinestone barrettes, latex bands, supplies: Ships
within 1 week
Large orders of latex bands: depends on stock available.
Stencils/appliques: Ships within 1 week
Glue/pet supplies: Ships within 1 week
If you are inquiring about your order status, please make sure it has been at least 4-6 wks since you placed your custom order as first class mail does take 5-14 days to arrive. Even if we have shipped it could take 2 weeks before you even receive your item with the USPS. With the exception of ear glue/petsupplies/cookie cutters (which are shipped within a few days of order), all items are made by hand and thus take longer to ship. Items are also made in order, first in, first out. If it has been more than 3 wks, first please check your spam folder. 90% of inquiries have already been shipped and your shipping confirmation is sitting in a spam folder. If there is no email in your spam folder, please email and put "order status help" in the subject of this email. We will respond as soon as we can.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need a rush order, the charge is $12.50 plus the $8.50 for priority mail or the $22.00 for express mail. Rush orders are not shipped first class mail. Please email and let me know. If you put "ship ASAP" or anything similar on your order form you will be charged the $12.50 rush fee. It is only fair to the others waiting.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your orders, and please understand that
because each and every bow/stencil/applique is made by hand after you have
ordered, we have a no refund policy on handmade items. We also cannot
accept returns of handmade items, food items, or items that can be worn
on your pet. Unusued unopened items may be returned. This does not
include handmade items, wearable items or cookie cutters. These type items
may not be returned. A full refund minus shipping/handling fees will be
credited back to the credit card originally used provided the items are
returned shipping prepaid and in the same unopened condition in
which they arrived within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for
return shipping charges, damages to items in transit or items that get
lost. We strongly suggest you purchase delivery confirmation and insurance
on returned items. We also reserve the right to change materials when necessary
to make the items. Sometimes product is different when we receive it from
the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee every item will be 100% as pictured.
Ribbon styles and colors change, especially for the everyday bows, and
the pictures are only a representation of the type bows you will receive,
not the actual bows themselves.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We do not sell, give away, rent or in any other way
use your information for any purpose except to ship your order. From time
to time, we may send a newletter or update information about OUR website
and products. I never have up to this point, but I might start in future.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is $5.00 for first class USPS postage, $7.50
for USPS priority mail for all items. Orders over $100 for dog bows will
be charged $10.00 for shipping to include signature confirmation and insurance.
1-3 cookie cutters can be shipped first class. However orders over 3 cookie
cutters must be shipped priority mail. Most will ship for the $7.50. If
you have ordered over 15 cutters, I'll weigh it and let you know the cost.
You will automatically be charged for these items. If you have used paypal,
then we will bill for the extra before shipment. International rates vary,
however most (not always) items can be shipped (we only ship airmail) for
the $5.00 and $7.50 to most countries. If you want global priority air
mail, you should email for the cost before shipment. USPS packages are
shipped with delivery confirmation which should not be confused with tracking
as it is definately not tracking. It does not say when it left the post
office or where it is in transit. USPS Delivery confirmation only says
when it was delivered. Your item will be scanned when it arrives to your
mailbox.

SENT, FOLLOW THE MAP FOR DELIVERY TIMES WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE.
